  • Leading project delivery and overseeing the T&T portfolio forum,
  • Translating strategic plans into action oriented goals aligning with company vision such as revenue growth, cost reduction, and carbon footprint minimization.

  • Experience in the FMCG manufacturing sector,
  • Understanding of change management principles,

The role: As a Project Portfolio Manager in our IT and Business Change team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's transformation. You will be responsible for turning strategic plans into actionable outcomes, ensuring that all changes align with our broader goals such as revenue growth, cost reduction, and carbon footprint minimization. Your tasks will include shaping the annual Transformation & Technology change plan, leading project delivery, and chairing the T&T portfolio forum.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong background in project and programme management, preferably within the FMCG manufacturing sector. You should have a solid understanding of change management principles and excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience with Prince2 or Management of Portfolios is desirable, but not mandatory.
