Role Summary:
- Drive company's marketing initiatives as well as effective project and team coordination
- Report to the Country Manager
- Develop and implement the sales & marketing strategy across Nairobi and other cities
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience leading a sales/marketing team; with 1 year in direct sales
- Experience in sale & marketing roles, preferably in ride-hailing, transportation, financial services, or retail/FMCG industries
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems
- Digital marketing, social media marketing or related certifications will be an advantage

The role: The Sales & Marketing Manager at SafeBoda Kenya plays a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and ensuring effective coordination of various projects and teams. This role demands a proactive, innovative, and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for marketing. You will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for developing and executing the sales & marketing strategy for SafeBoda services across Nairobi and other cities.
Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in leading a sales/marketing team; 1 year in direct sales. - Proven experience in sales & marketing roles, preferably in the ride-hailing, transportation, financial services, or retail/FMCG industries. - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems. - Certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or related areas are a plus.
