What will you be doing?
The committee is small but very capable and meets monthly to get reports from our resident House Manager and provide her with support and policy decisions whilst leaving her to have full operational authority . We are financially sound and a not for profit charity. As a member you can choose to just attend the monthly meetings or become more involved in a specific area such maintenance of the building or helping residents
What are we looking for?
Ideal for someone with several years of professional involvement with committees though no specific skills are required but would be useful, a sound commercial judgment and general experience and an interest in providing a secure and comfortable home for our elderly residents many of whom have lived there for several years and regard it as their home
