What will you be doing?
Time is my enemy, and an adversity to put my head above the parapet. I want to work with someone who has a real passion for marketing and social media in particular, who can help me take Evolve3 from its starting point to a recognised name. I have a breadth of experience in many different sectors and can share my knowledge with the right person to help them with their own career. Evolve3 offers marketing training and consultancy, income generation and fundraising solutions, AI training and team-building activities. When businesses purchase any of these services, the profit goes directly into delivering a free workshop for small charities and businesses who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford such support.
What are we looking for?
Someone who loves and has experience of creating content for online and offline purposes. Someone who knows their TikTok from their Threads and who believes in what I'm trying to achieve. It would be great to meet them in person, i.e. in the West Yorkshire area, but this could also be a remote role, I'm more focused on the outcomes than how, when or where they're formed.
What difference will you make?
99% of UK charities have a small turnover. They're usually run by someone who is chasing their tail, who is likely working at the same time as running their good cause. By helping them, they will be able to help even more people than they do now. Remember the Covid multiplies ratio - the R number - use that analogy here and you'll get where I'm coming from. I know, that's kind of weird, but it makes my point. I have ideas coming out of every orifice that will help the people I want to support, and which will make such a difference to beneficiaries of a number of charities across the UK. What I lack is the time, the motivation and the freedom to apply them. And, since cloning machines haven't yet been invented, I'm on here, pleading for your help. You'll have fun working with Evolve3, and you'll be helping a lot of good causes at the same time. Your support would equal a couple of hours a week (though this could be more if you'd like it to be), and it could eventually lead to a paid position (however, this would depend on the work brought in through the role itself - I wish things weren't this way, but that's how it is). I have years of marketing experience across a number of sectors, and could train the right person in a number of different disciplines if they could help me to physically get Evolve3's message out there. I'd prefer volunteers to be from West Yorkshire if possible; however, this could be a remote opportunity too.
