What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Research and Applications: Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other grant-making entities. Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals and applications tailored to the requirements of each funding source.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute innovative fundraising strategies to meet the organisation's financial goals and operational needs.
Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with grant-making bodies and funding organisations, ensuring effective communication and stewardship to maximise grant acquisition.
Campaign Management: Oversee fundraising campaigns, integrating grant acquisition efforts into broader fundraising initiatives for cohesive and effective strategies.
Team Leadership: Collaborate with volunteers, providing guidance and support to optimise grant-seeking efforts and overall fundraising activities.
Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the success of grant applications and funding strategies, providing updates on progress in our monthly team meetings.
