What will you be doing?
You will be joining a small friendly charity that are passionate and committed to improving the lives of young people from all walks of life. The trustee's roles are
To direct the affairs of our charity, ensuring it is solvent, organised and delivering its objectives. Carry out its charitable purposes Oversee the affairs of the organisation and ensure it complies with its governing document, chairty law and all other legislations and regulations. To attend Trustee meetings three times a year Ensure the financial stability of Treads and manage its resources responsibly. We would welcome those with project management skills, marketing or fundraising experience.
We have staff meetings ever 4-6 weeks via zoom to discuss the following:
Ongoing activities of the projects Funding, bids and grants Decisions which may be necessary for the ongoing benefit of Treads and its beneficiaries
