What will you be doing?

Our wonderful fundraiser needs experienced assistance, please. Donations & funding through Bid Writing, Trust and Grant applications is a large part of how we thrive and survive at Bloomin’ Arts. We need to raise over £100,000 per year to do what we do. Our disable adults rely on us to provide local services and opportunities they cannot access elsewhere. Do you have experience of dealing with applications / Bid writing before?      Your ability to complete this style of documents would be truly valued. We have to regularly share our charity information; describe the impact our workshops have and what our participants achieve through them.  It’s a detailed and hugely important task but the satisfaction of bringing in funds to Bloomin’ Arts is absolutely thrilling. The impact is immense! If you were interested, you could also support finding and matching us to possible donors in the future. But right now, your help is needed to complete the ones we have, in a timely fashion. There's no pressure, we all just do our small part to make small gains. Applications you deal with will be smaller  but each amount builds the pot towards our goals.  This would suit a remote volunteer. You would receive:

an induction about Bloomin’ Arts access to all required information be supported at all stages and have easy contact with our permanent part time fundraiser invitations to our Bloomin’ Arts events

Your skill set:

creative writing skills. ability to be detailed and accurate. can work independently. good at achieving deadlines – all applications have deadlines we must get them in by. good command of written English have own laptop and wireless access. willingness to sign Bloomin’ Arts policies and procedures for privacy/data protection etc experience in a previous fundraising role.

We would be so happy to meet you and thankful for this skill to help us achieve our goals.   #LI-Remote
