We help young women of school age, who have experienced significant challenges. We encourage them to explore their behaviours, and develop a growth mindset to overcome barriers and achieve whatever goals they set.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone who has at least three years experience of managing social media accounts; both posting engaging and informative content, as well as identifying best practice processes and procedures for our project. We are undergoing a complete marketing overhaul, so this would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with an experienced and passionate volunteer team. We would like to work with someone who has empathy for the girls we support, and who is knowledgeable about design, and how to reach and engage with young people effectively. We would particularly welcome applications from young women and Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority candidates, as these are under-represented in the charity sector. #LI-Remote
What are we looking for?
Applicants should have a minimum experience of three years in all social media platforms, particularly ones that relate to young people, but we also need to engage funders so a thorough knowledge of LinkedIn would also be useful. We love passionate people, especially those who understand and empathise with the girls we support. Lived experience would be a plus.
What difference will you make?
Your skills will be vital to help us reach more vulnerable girls, their parents, teachers and support workers and, of course, funders. We want to build an alumna platform this year, so social media will really help us to connect with girls we've supported in the past.
