Volunteer mobile app development lead/project manager

What will you be doing?

Our small community of women on our social learning platform needs to be upgraded and moved onto a mobile platform. We are working across multiple platforms which causes duplication of effort, loss of data, confusion to our members. We'd like to migrate to 1 single mobile app that allows for better communication and facilitates learning groups. We have over 16 applicants for developers and the first task is to build the team, other task include 1. setting up a structure or working, Agile/Scrum/kanban etc 2. selection of management tools, Jira etc. 3. develop project delivery plan  4. manage to delivery We hope to go live in  10 March 2024 If you are interested and can drive this to success please contact us ASAP

What are we looking for?

Experienced IT development lead, with experience of Mobile app development, Fultter, Firebase and PHP. 

What difference will you make?

We connect women with female scholars that teach and train them for free, this platform will enable them to access groups with ease and allows the women to focus on their growth. currently our platforms are counter productive to the experience and results in women to dropping out, being left behind or unintentionally ignored.  Our platform is difficult to manage for our volunteers and not fit for purpose. Your role will directly change how we work and make it allow us to focus on whats important
