What will you be doing?
Role description: Impart works with schools to provide politics and debating resources and sessions. We intend to grow across the country and work with an ever-increasing number of schools to provide opportunities to students from all backgrounds. At the moment, our CEO manages all of the relationships with schools, but is looking for support from an Operations Associate for just a couple of hours a week to keep in touch with some schools and support operations with them.
What are we looking for?
Successful candidates will: - have strong interpersonal skills - have experience working with teachers/educators to understand their constraints - be able to respond to questions and queries from schools very quickly so will need to have flexibility to work for short periods of time during the day. We estimate it will only be small amounts of work (1-2 hours a week) but teachers can need replies to queries very quickly. - enthusiastic about our mission to provide equal access for state-educated students to debate and politics education - be well organised and able to manage multiple relationships with schools at once
What difference will you make?
Every new school we work with is an opportunity to help potentially hundreds of students gain access to education that can truly alter the course of their lives. By helping us manage new relationships with schools, you'll be able to provide such opportunities and ensure that any school who wants to work with Impart can.
