What will you be doing?

Hello! My names Emily and I'm the CEO and founder of Enna. We are a specialist recruitment and training organisation based in London, to help neurodivergent adults find, gain and retain meaningful employment with neurodiversity friendly employers. What are we looking for? We're looking for a Developer to help us plan and develop our new web based platform to help neurodivergent job-seekers find employment. At the moment, we have a web based jobs board which advertises job opportunities, however it isnt really fit for purpose! Our goal is to create a new one, that has a better user experience for job-seekers and enables them to access support online. You could help us to:

Create a plan for our new jobs board, including what features and functionality we will need, as well as resources needed. Develop and build the platform. Pilot and test the new platform with both neurodivergent job-seekers and employers. Onboard neurodivergent job-seekers.

What are we looking for?

Skills and experience that would be great to have:

Experience planning and managing tech/platform/web projects Experience developing platforms A knowledge of neurodiversity, and the accessibility requirements needed (WCAG) UX skills Organised, friendly and willing to work directly with an entrepreneur
