What are we looking for?

As the Fundraising Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the mission forward by managing very senior activities, high donor relationships, and securing substantial funding to fuel our initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass researching funding options, building trust relationships, and executing high-income source fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

High Donor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-level donors. Create personalized strategies to engage, appreciate, and retain their support.

Research and Strategy: Identify potential funding sources, including trusts, foundations, and other high-income channels. Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to each source.

Grant Writing: Craft compelling grant proposals and applications to secure funding from trusts and other high-level income sources. Ensure that proposals align with our mission and values.

Fundraising Initiatives: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events targeted at high-level donors and funding sources. Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful initiatives.
