What will you be doing?
Working with the strategy team, the successful candidate will have minimum of 3 years working experience to:
Develop leads to increase mentee and mentor portfolios Network with local and wider businesses to develop possible funding streams and corporate partnerships Develop a strategic plan for future volunteer roles, their management and deployment Plan for the systematic review of the charity’s policies, and procedures Identify and address opportunities as well as any potential challenges to the viability of the charity Create pertaining reports for grants awarded to charity Network with other local community organisations to develop a network of support between organisations Develop land maintain leads/partnerships with the charity’s organisations Assist the marketing team in increasing awareness of the charity in various communities and wider area by developing a strategy for promotion and publicity
What are we looking for?
Excellent communication and administration skills Ability to work on various projects simultaneously Experience of working at a charity or other non-profit organisation Demonstrable experience of building strong and effective relationships with corporate entities and supporters Ability to write persuasive content to encourage support Proficient in MS and Google Suite Understanding of data protection regulations Commitment to the values and vision of MentorNect Bid-writing experience
