Role Summary

The role: We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Partnerships team. Responsibilities include managing and qualifying inbound leads, identifying and researching potential clients, nurturing leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, and representing Houst at events.

Job requirements: Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (2-3 years). Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Close, Salesforce). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets and growing in the sales field.
