Role Summary
- As an Employability and Progression Mentor, provide individual guidance, support, motivation and inspiration to youngsters who have completed a King's Trust Programme.
- Offer regular one-on-one assistance to help them identify and reach their goals, providing advice on job-search topics like CV writing and interview practice.
- Offer active support in-between encounters, such as document review and networking connections.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience building trust with young people from diverse backgrounds is beneficial.
- Mentoring skills needed.
- Understanding of job searches, application processes, and interview experiences is preferred.
