Volunteer Trustee - fundraising

What will you be doing?

Animal Concern are seeking a new trustee with professional experience of fundraising strategy, financial management, trust fundraising, individual giving, legacy programmes or philanthropy management, to help guide the current board and staff team in creating a long term strategy for income generation and budget balancing. Due to recently growing the staff team, there is a need for increased expertise in fundraising and financial management to allow us to continue in our charitable mission for as long as possible.

What are we looking for?

Fundraising – fundraising strategy, trust fundraising, grant applications, legacy programmes, individual giving, philanthropy management

and/or

Finance, business acumen – financial management, strategy, income generation and enterprise, preferably within a charity setting

What difference will you make?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a huge impact in the sustainability of a small charity, working in an under-represented field of animal welfare legislation campaigning and ensure we can continue to deliver results for our wild, farmed and companion animals well into the future.
