What will you be doing?
We are looking for:
A volunteer who would like to be involved with a charity in Zimbabwe, to join our Board of Trustees as Secretary (specific duties detailed below)
What are we looking for?
We are looking for:
People with interest and/or experience in the charity sector. People ideally with fundraising experience or a passion for fundraising who could share ideas and innovative ways to raise funds and leverage existing/new networks.
Main duties;
For trustee meetings, prepare agenda and document minutes. Fulfil duties to official organisations - For Charity Commission and Companies House file the audited accounts, compile annual return and notify change of trustee; notify Pensions Regulator in relation to employed staff.
