Volunteer Planning Business Strategy

What will you be doing?

The volunteer's role involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of Vision Fountain's operations and initiatives. This entails becoming well-acquainted with our recent projects and our planned projects. We are particularly interested in receiving insights into how can pivot to achieve our goals. The volunteer will collaborate closely with Creative Director Richard Jones. The volunteer will deliver a strategy for business growth. We are receptive to innovative concepts and fresh perspectives.  We are not shy to learn of our current weaknesses.

What are we looking for?

Key Qualifications:

The preferred candidate embodies teamwork while excelling in independent tasks. The ideal candidate will have a track record in business / business planning.  The ideal candidate will have experinence in the charitable sector / cutural sector  (Those unfamiliar with charitable sector are also encouraged. Keenness to aquire knowledge with regard to our audio-visual output also desireable. The ideal candidate will have business and management aptitude.

With your input, we will expand our outreach to engage with a larger number of young individuals, particularly focusing on those from marginalized communities in South Wales and South West England. Our overarching mission is centered on enhancing life prospects, particularly for youth residing in socio-economically disadvantaged regions, marginalized populations, and those with additional learning requirements. By introducing a clear business strategy we your unput will help our long-term growth aspirations.
