Houst is seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This hybrid role is designed to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities, focusing on maintaining high service quality and enhancing guest satisfaction to drive business success.

The role: As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, resource coordination, and supplier relationships. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and integrating cleaners, monitoring their performance, and managing cleaning and maintenance schedules. You will also source and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality and reliability. Additionally, you will handle inbound requests, coordinate tasks with cleaners and suppliers, and manage payments and invoices.

Job requirements: Candidates should have proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets and the ability to manage complex schedules and resources effectively. Strong relationship management skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for improving processes and achieving goals. A commitment to delivering excellent guest and client experiences is also required.
