Main responsibilities:
Analyse and improve organisational processes and admin systems to support CCL impact and effectiveness Creation of product roadmaps, plans, benefits and results of product improvements to a wide range of audiences Develop a referral process, life skills course, Entrepreneur program and more.

Able to work from your own initiative and available to help out with a variety of different tasks Confident when using a PC and have an excellent phone manner Experience in one or more of the selected skills
