What will you be doing?

The Urban Fox Programme delivers a wide programme of activities, which helps to build the confidence and resilience of young people within our communities across Glasgow through providing them with opportunities to thrive.  Our programme is designed to provide young people with the skills and confidence to make positive decisions about the issues and influences they may face growing up in Glasgow, through promoting self-development and raised self-esteem.

What are we looking for?

There are some specific skills we are looking to add to the board, so we would especially like to hear from you if you have strong experience in:

Child protection and safeguarding Human Resources Finance and accounts Fundraising Voluntary sector management and governance Marketing and communications Cycling

What difference will you make?

Joining our board of trustees is an extraordinary opportunity to add value to a growing organisation which is creating a new programme of delivery with a new leadership team. Being a trustee is a great opportunity and we think you could really make a difference to the young people of Glasgow with Urban Fox. We hope we will get some wonderful applications and have the opportunity to appoint more than one new board member. This is an exciting time to join us as a board member as you will be able to influence the strategic direction of the organisation and will support and add value to Urban Fox. We are looking to add to the talents of our board in delivering our growth plan, strong governance, and helping to build our programme which meets the needs of the young people within our communities. As an Urban Fox board member, you will support the leadership team to realise our ambitious strategy, whilst developing your leadership skills, building your network and using your talents and experience to make a positive change in the lives of young people across Glasgow.
