- Prior experience in partnering with HR Business Partners in delivering talent acquisition services

The role: We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the delivery of Wellcome’s Early Careers Strategy across the organization, creating a talent pipeline to support the delivery of our mission. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping Wellcome’s early careers offering, from attraction through to rotation management.
Job requirements: The minimum requirements for this role include experience in managing early careers talent attraction, assessment, selection, management, and development. Candidates should be experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organizations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices. A deep understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes is essential. Additionally, experience in developing process and outcome metrics and comfort with manipulating and interpreting data is required. Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services is also necessary.
