Role Summary

The role: As a Finance Processing Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Transactions team, focusing on the Purchase and Sales Ledgers. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, reviewing staff expense claims in line with Teach First's expenses policy, handling Payment Request Form payments for one-off suppliers, and creating new supplier accounts. Additionally, you may assist with accounts receivable tasks, such as raising invoices for customers and donors based on Invoice Request Forms. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers and suppliers experience timely and positive interactions with us.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone who can effectively liaise with clients and customers to manage payments, possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, and has a keen attention to detail to produce accurate work. Administrative support skills to aid the team are also essential.
