Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition across varying organizations.
  • A deep understanding of how resourcing practices align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Knowledge on the latest talent acquisition, resource planning, and onboarding practices.
  • Experience with developing process metrics and analyzing data.
  • Ability to work with HR Business Partners for delivering comprehensive talent services.

The role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Wellcome, you will be a strategic and collaborative member of the Talent team. You will play a crucial role in making Wellcome the best place to work and in supporting the delivery of our mission. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive the development and delivery of talent acquisition processes focused on hiring and onboarding talent that aligns with Wellcome's goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is driving innovation and embracing talent acquisition technology in a mission-driven organization.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition, gained across various organizations that have exposed them to diverse business practices. You should have a deep understanding of how resourcing practices contribute to achieving strategic business outcomes and be up to date with best practices and leading-edge thinking in talent acquisition, resource planning, and onboarding. Experience in developing process and outcome metrics and comfort with manipulating and interpreting data are essential. You should also have experience operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver comprehensive talent acquisition services.
