What will you be doing?
In order to better manage our training offering and enable a choice of learning platform to our learners we are currently implementing a Learning Management System (TalentLMS). We are looking for some help to load up some fairly substantial ‘pre-defined’ courses to the LMS, including entering the objectives, exercises and assessments the courses from existing documentation. We are looking for someone with blended course content design experience or an experienced LMS administrator who has experience with loading and editing course content on to an LMS. All of the teaching of these courses is done via online webinars. The content on the LMS is support and reinforce the teaching on the online sessions so you will also need to work closely with the course trainers to ensure the content on the LMS is structured in a way that is suitable for an audience that is not very digitally capable.
What are we looking for?
Experience with course content development and an awareness of how objectives are written, exercises and assessments are put together is needed so you can discuss this with the trainer during the process of loading the content onto the LMS. You need to comfortable working with and have access to MS Word and PowerPoint on a desktop or laptop as these cannot be provided. Ideally someone who has experience with a Learning Management System. We will provide training on the Learning Management System.
