We are looking for four passionate and positive volunteers with can-do attitudes volunteers to work as administrative assistants. The role is to support our staff with a range of different administration tasks and running of the organisation.

What will you be doing?
As an administrative assistant, your primary responsibilities will be to: 1. Preparing and organising files. 2. Liaising with other staff and dealing with queries on the phone and by email. 3. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms. 4. Arranging post and deliveries. 5. Taking minutes at meetings, typing up letters and reports. 6. Maintaining office systems and updating computer records using a database. 7. Ordering office supplies, printing and photocopying. 8. Working in an office.
What are we looking for?
Excellent financial and analytical skills Proficient with cash handling Excellent IT skills, including demonstrable usage of Microsoft Office suite A ‘can do’ and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Well experienced and skilled at writing, planning and a minimum of three years experience in fundraising Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Strong Written and Spoken communication
