Volunteer Teaching English to Refugees around Tonbridge and Maidstone

What will you be doing?

Do you enjoy teaching? We are looking for volunteers with some teaching experience or interest to join our wonderful English teaching team. In and around Maidstone and Tonbridge we run classes for refugees from Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine and Sudan, provide one-to-one or two-to-one lessons and also go into schools to support children as they adapt to learning in a new language. The arrival of so many Ukrainians has increased demand enormously and at the moment we are not able to meet it. If you have a few hours a week to spare and would enjoy the challenge, do get in touch!

Teaching English, preferably to non-English speakers.
