What will you be doing?

1. Reliably fulfill assigned duties, communicate concerns, and work closely with management for focused funding tasks. 2. Manage donor relationships, partnerships, and accept guidance from coordinators/supervisors. 3. Continuously learn, participate in training, research funding needs, and collaborate with paid staff within the volunteer role. 4. Maintain a confidential donor database, track grants, and contribute to written institutional materials. 5. Prepare and manage grant proposals, comply with reporting requirements, and assist in other fundraising projects as needed.

Skills and Qualification:

Strong academic background and experience Experience in research and grant writing Minimum of 3 years’ experience with grant writing and program management Previous experience with non-profit fundraising Experience working in deadline-driven environments Able to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines Independent, self starter, independent worker, proactive and resourceful Flexible and adaptable Have interest in understanding and supporting to the development of the communities
