What will you be doing?

Our healthcare platform wants to launch an employment scheme that assists young adults with disabilities in accessing local jobs in a way of that paid or volunteering work roles with small businesses. We are looking for a Business Dev Manager who is experienced in building business partnerships with local businesses and seeking partnership opportunities to expand our company's services. As a business development manager following task: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CareDial. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create strategic partnerships between CareDial and local businesses, focusing on providing volunteering or paid job opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential partner businesses in the local community that align with the mission and goals of CareDial. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to establish partnerships that provide meaningful volunteering or job opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Initiate and maintain effective communication channels with potential partner businesses, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions. Collaborate with internal teams to assess the needs and preferences of young adults with disabilities, ensuring the partnerships align with their skills and aspirations. Coordinate with the CareDial team to provide necessary training and support to partner businesses to facilitate the smooth integration of young adults with disabilities into their organizations. Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, collecting feedback from both young adults and partner businesses, and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations related to disability employment, and incorporate this knowledge into partnership development strategies.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles, with a successful track record of cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships. Disability Employment Understanding: Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in providing employment opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Familiarity with disability rights, inclusion, and diversity initiatives is highly beneficial. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective in presenting ideas, negotiating terms, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively, identifying innovative solutions to drive partnership growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle various responsibilities with minimal supervision. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local businesses, community organizations, and government programs relevant to disability employment is advantageous.
