We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CareDial. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create strategic partnerships between CareDial and local businesses, focusing on providing volunteering or paid job opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential partner businesses in the local community that align with the mission and goals of CareDial. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to establish partnerships that provide meaningful volunteering or job opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Initiate and maintain effective communication channels with potential partner businesses, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions. Collaborate with internal teams to assess the needs and preferences of young adults with disabilities, ensuring the partnerships align with their skills and aspirations. Coordinate with the CareDial team to provide necessary training and support to partner businesses to facilitate the smooth integration of young adults with disabilities into their organizations. Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, collecting feedback from both young adults and partner businesses, and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations related to disability employment, and incorporate this knowledge into partnership development strategies.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles, with a successful track record of cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships.
