We would love to work with someone who shares our enthusiasm and can bring focus, creativity and inspiration our online community to help our fellow quieteers see their worth, connect with one another and feel a sense of belonging. We know that we need a dedicated online community manager and new expertise on the team to nurture our quiet community (and help us to connect consistently, too!). At Quiet Connections we believe that there should be more appreciation, inclusion and equal opportunities in society for people who are quiet, sensitive, shy or experiencing social anxiety. We want to do all that we can to advocate for this change and you’ll be an important part of this - so thank you. You’ll be creating content that helps people to feel more confident, connected, and appreciating of their quiet natures, so they can live more fulfilling lives. With your help, we can grow our community of understanding, togetherness and belonging – both online and at our Quiet Meet Ups (currently in Cornwall).
