What will you be doing?
We need someone to be on-site and manage our team of volunteers and members. Your role would be to:-
engage with current team & build a strong relationship of trust and companionship welcome & provide induction for new members organise, supervise and mentor people plan and deliver group-focussed activities other related tasks e.g. HR administration
What are we looking for?
We need someone who is approachable with a friendly personality. Likewise, excellent communication skills & a good sense of humour are vital. You will need to be organised and keep a step ahead to lead the team effectively. It is likely that you will be working alongside some members/ volunteers who have physical or mental health difficulties, whether this be due to health, age or life issues. Therefore qualities of empathy, patience & confidentiality are also important.
What difference will you make?
To have a dedicated person for our members/ volunteers to report to will improve the smooth running of our workshop.
