Our mission drives us towards a better future, but the challenges are significant and we need your expertise to tackle them. As the Development Lead for Mathematics, you will play a crucial role in delivering training and support to our Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) trainees and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), both online and in-person. Your responsibilities will include developing trainees' subject knowledge and pedagogy in mathematics, contributing to our learning design across programs, and collaborating with other support roles to foster leadership and commitment to educational equality among trainees.
We are looking for candidates who have a deep understanding of mathematics pedagogy, hold a QTS (or equivalent), and have experience as a school leader. Additionally, you should have a strong track record of developing, mentoring, and coaching inexperienced teachers within a training route such as PGCE, Schools Direct, or Teach First for at least two years.

Our benefits include 27 days holiday per annum, participation in a pension scheme with up to 6% employer contribution, life assurance, income protection, private healthcare, and access to flexible benefits such as subsidized dental membership and discounted gym membership.
This is a fixed-term contract position until June 4, 2027, requiring an Enhanced DBS check with Barred List. The role is based in multiple locations across the UK, and successful candidates will need to demonstrate the legal right to work in the UK. Interviews are scheduled for Thursday, May 21. If you meet our requirements and are passionate about making a difference in education, we encourage you to apply by May 12, 2026, through our careers website.
