Girlguiding Herefordshire is part of the largest movement for girls and young women, aged 4-18 years. We are looking for a Training Coordinator to organise training sessions for our volunteers in line with our County Plan.

What will you be doing?
Working with our Senior Leadership Team and local trainers you will be responsible for co-ordinating training across Herefordshire. Ensuring our volunteers meet compliance in safe space training and first response by following up with those volunteers due to expire. Work with local trainers to provide face to face and virtual sessions to promote our County Plan and develop our volunteers.

Experience in organising training events Good organisational skills Ability to manage own workload Ability to work with volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds
