As a People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in this mission by serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping and delivering the people strategy, and enhancing leadership capability, culture, and performance across the Directorates assigned to you.
The role: You will act as a trusted partner, balancing challenge with support, and use data, insight, and strong relationships to enable your Directorates to achieve their objectives. You will also lead and develop the People Advisors, ensuring high-quality, consistent support across the employee lifecycle.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with strategic thinking, strong HR expertise, and the ability to build trusted, influential relationships at all levels. You should be capable of influencing senior leaders and providing constructive challenge and coaching. Strong analytical skills and a practical, solutions-oriented approach are essential. Experience in managing and developing junior People roles, comprehensive employment law knowledge, and a commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive employee experience are also required.
