What will you be doing?
Currently running a nursery to support the community and have a beautiful building in need of marketing locally. Challenges include: Day to day management of a community facility HR support for the nursery Strategy and forward looking requirements to develop the Trust and ensure its continued sustainability
What are we looking for?
We are ideally looking for 3 new trustees with any of the following skills HR expertise Grant application and fund raising expertise Planning and building development skills Marketing and Social media including recruitment knowledge
What difference will you make?
Be the one to help us expand the nursery. Be the one to advise on HR issues Support people locally to start new enterprises Meet the needs of the local area especially Gorseinon, Loughor and Penyrheol.
