Role Summary
- Deliver engaging and transformative MindGym sessions using the ISCAN framework.
- Facilitate behavior change in a variety of corporate environments.
- Work with a diverse range of clients and industries worldwide.
- Create inclusive, energetic, and credible learning experiences.
- Connect content meaningfully with participants to inspire change.
Role Requirements
- Native Japanese language capability.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience facilitating sessions for Senior Leadership, C-suite, and Top 250 leaders.
- Freelance-only engagement.
- Strong public speaking skills for both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage senior leadership audiences.
- Interest or background in psychology and/or behavioral science.

The role
Our MindGym coach certification, ISCAN, is one of the most rigorous, demanding, and exciting programmes in the world of corporate learning. We have the privilege of working with clients from every industry across the world helping them to transform culture and behaviour, and we are seeking coaches from a range of backgrounds to join our network at MindGym. As a facilitator, you will be delivering MindGym magic (based on robust behavioural science research of course!) to our diverse client base and catalyse behaviour change through our unique range of bite-sized live and digital experiences. No two deliveries are the same, yet all are crafted using our ISCAN framework which is underpinned by the following 5 disciplines:

Spirit:Â generating an energetic atmosphere conducive to learning
Credibility:Â demonstrating professional, scientific, and content expertise
Affinity:Â making sympathetic connections between the content, the group and the Coach
Navigation:Â delivering a seamless experience
About you
- Native Japanese language capability, essential
- Fluent English language capability, essential
- You must be very experienced with predominantly facilitating Senior Leadership groups, C-suite / C-1 / C-2Â and/or Top 250 leaders.
- This is a freelance-only opportunity.
- Incredibly comfortable with public speaking and leading sessions for small and large groups of senior leaders, both virtually and in person.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, captivate and motivate senior leadership audiences quickly.
- A background or interest in psychology and/or behavioural science
- Enjoy delivering dynamically and enthusiastically, helping people use their brains differently to get more out of their work and personal lives.
