The King's Trust is excited to announce an opening for a Delivery Manager to lead the First Minister’s Start Up Challenge, a new initiative funded by the Scottish Government for 12 months. This role is based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Dundee and offers a hybrid working model.
The role: As a Delivery Manager, you will spearhead the development of the First Minister’s Start Up Challenge. Your responsibilities will include building and managing relationships across the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, securing high-quality opportunities for young people, and developing and delivering a targeted partnership plan with clear outcomes. You will also capture partnership data to support impact, finance, and contract reporting.
Job requirements: Ideal candidates will have experience in setting up and starting new businesses, service design, and working with the wider Enterprise community. You should be confident in strategic relationship-building and hands-on delivery, motivated by social impact, and passionate about inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
