The role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will spend four days a week outdoors, engaging in activities such as bushcraft, paddling, climbing, and hill walking. These activities are designed to inspire confidence and build resilience among the young people we work with. One day a week will be dedicated to planning and administrative tasks indoors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for adventure and youth development.

Job requirements: Ideal candidates will have experience working with vulnerable individuals and delivering outdoor learning programmes. A hands-on approach and the ability to inspire and motivate young people are essential.
