Senior CSR/ESG Project manager

Sweep is hiring anESG Project Manager to spearhead our delivery of ESG projects. 

Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology. 

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As part of the Success Team, you will play a crucial role in defining the customer journey of our sustainability software implementation, establishing protocols for project delivery, and driving knowledge transfer within the team by mentoring junior team members. 

You will be responsible for managing projects from scoping to go-live while ensuring regulatory compliance in our approach.

You will help our customers along their ESG journey using our SaaS tool – from how to define and track ESG metrics, to setting reduction goals and reporting on progress

 You will report to the Success team and work closely with the Sales Team and Product Team.

To be more specific, this includes:

1. Enable successful customer ESG journeys 🔍

• Support customers in the deployment and adoption of Sweep ESG features 
• Help large corporations to navigate in the field of ESG from ESG report to disclosure (CSRD notably)
• Suggest improvements to the software, from measurements and reduction initiatives, to dashboard features and standard reporting requirements.
• Create the ESG Delivery Playbook: Help outlining our ESG project approach, including definition of methodology, timelines, and success metrics
• Establish Delivery Protocols: Define and implement protocols for the delivery of our ESG projects, ensuring efficient execution and quality control

2. Support our Sales / Pre-Sales Activities 🤝

• Support  the Sales team in “selling” projects to our customers  
• Co-build our ESG services offer working closely with our Solution Engineers 
• Scope projects and write/review SOWs (Statements of Work) together with the Pre-Sales teamSupport our Sales team on RFPs

3. Mentorship & Knowledge transfer 

Become a go-to person for ESG and CSR within the team

• Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the Success team, helping them expand their skills and expertise in the ESG field 
• Work closely with the product team when it comes to development
• Connect the dots to our partner enablement to identify services that we could involve our implementation partners for

4. Become a Sweep ambassador 🎙

• Participate in sales calls, showcasing the CSR/ESG expertise at Sweep
• Represent our mission externally, through active dialogue with the carbon/sustainability industry

Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:

Qualifications 🏆

• You bring a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an ESG Consultant
• You have a good knowledge of ESG/sustainability frameworks and standards
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the field of ESG or sustainability
• Review of non-financial information of medium and large companies
• Helping to build and deploy CSR strategies (particularly in the tertiary and industrial sectors)
• Helping companies achieve CSRD compliance
• Experience in DPEF 
• Fluency in both French & English is mandatory
