🌟 Role Overview

Join us as a Video Editor/Motion Designer to craft captivating video content that elevates our online marketing. You'll lead projects from concept to completion, shaping our brand's visual narrative. We're looking for a creative with a knack for storytelling, proficient in video editing and animation, ready to innovate within our brand guidelines.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Creative design and production: Deliver engaging visual and motion designs for various marketing channels, such as performance ads and social media. Produce a broad spectrum of video content, from concept to completion, that drives business growth and tells compelling stories. Idea development and project ownership: Gather design references, create mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to effectively communicate creative ideas. Take full ownership of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Collaboration and process enhancement: Work closely with the brand team and stakeholders on concepts, direction, and execution. Contribute to refining design processes, enhancing scalability, and facilitating efficient content production through effective systems and workflows. Technical expertise and creative execution: Customize professional After Effects graphics, select fitting music, SFX, and sound bytes, and edit videos to create impactful visual narratives. Implement creative decisions and collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success. Deadline management and team collaboration: Manage multiple project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Collaborate with clients and team members, providing creative input and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Has a keen attention to detail. You notice the little things others might miss, such as adherence to style guides, spacing inconsistencies, or unnoticed typos. Your vigilant eye ensures our content remains polished and professional. Excellent communication skills in English. Plays well with others. You love working in a team. You're willing to contribute wherever necessary to meet team goals (for example, by conducting your research, helping with video editing, or proofing a requirements document). Gets stuff done. No time clocks or ankle chains are keeping you at your desk. You have work to do, deadlines to hit and projects to complete. That means you'll need your problem-solving and organizational skills almost as much as your writing chops. Is self-motivated. You don't need to be tightly managed to be successful, yet you understand the importance of following processes and communication. You don't need to be fired up; you're self-motivated by the inner drive to produce the best results and to be part of creating something great. Expects feedback and changes. ⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?

2+ years in motion design, video editing, or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing ads and conversion-driven projects. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere. Bonus for 3D animation skills. Exceptional storytelling, animatic creation, and conceptual thinking skills, coupled with the ability to communicate ideas effectively. Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking, with a strong grasp of storyboarding and visual storytelling techniques.
