Role Summary:

  • Knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of data protection, GDPR, and relevant regulations.
  • Experience with budget management and developing content strategies.

Application Process Details:

PLATF9RM is Brighton & Hove’s largest independent coworking community of businesses and creative entrepreneurs, known for its lively and collaborative culture. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing plans, collaborate with various teams to create innovative strategies and manage marketing budgets.

The Role: As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital, advertising, and communications to ensure a consistent lead flow. Your role will also include strategic marketing analysis, and performance monitoring. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the entire team, including the Community Events Manager to create a compelling event and cultural programme.

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a managerial role. You should have CRM knowledge (preferably Active Campaign), working knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), lead generation and affiliate marketing practices, techniques, and outcome expectations. Understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation including data protection and GDPR is a must. Experience with holding and managing budgets and cultural programming and content strategy is also required.
