Volunteer HR Director/Head of HR required to co-lead the People Team for exciting children's project focussed on eating more real food!

What will you be doing?

To co-lead the People Team and support the Leadership Team in all things people, including but not limited to;

Refining and implementing the People / HR Strategy to support the 3 phases of the CFK project To co-lead, coordinate and inspire the CFK People Team (currently 4 voluntary People Partners and 2 Assistants), ensuring team goals and projects are agreed and communicated to support the achievement of the overall CFK goals Working closely and collaboratively with the Leadership Team in all aspects of HR, driving key HR initiatives and supporting other Leadership projects  Supporting with the Leadership Team and Team Leaders (via People Partners) to create a positive culture based on CFK core values, volunteer promise and ways of working To co-lead weekly People Team Meetings, support members of the People Team as required, attend regular Team Leader / Leadership Meetings, the monthly CFK Club Meeting and any other meetings as required / desired

What are we looking for?

- CIPD Qualified - Experience working at Head of People/HR or Director Level - A real passion for inspiring and leading a team of HR Professionals  - A down to earth approach and not afraid to get stuck in  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a real focus on collaborative working

For team leader / leadership roles we ask for a commitment of at least 4-5 hours on average per week. All are voluntary positions with no remuneration offered other than what we hope will be a huge amount of job satisfaction and fun, working with like-minded people with a passion for making a real difference to future generations.
