What will you be doing?
- Design and develop the team strategy in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the CFK project - Build, manage and inspire a team of volunteers, who are experts within primary and secondary education, to achieve your team goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with CFK intervention sites (i.e. schools) - Work closely and collaboratively with other CFK Teams - including, other 'delivery teams' (parent and toddler, dentistry) the team that provide evidence based Educational Contents, the Data and Research Team, Marketing, Creative and Visual Media and the People Team) - Support in the development of, and adhere to all CFK ways of working and protocols
What are we looking for?
- Good experience in managing and leading a team - The ability to create and execute a strategy and action plan effectively - An indepth knowledge of the curriculum and experience in lesson planning - A deep understanding and experience of working in schools - A passion to make a difference to children's health and wellbeing through nutrition - particularly through the consumption of REAL FOODS - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - A methodical and organised approach - A team player, great collaborator and someone who takes pleasure working towards a shared vision and team goals -
