What will you be doing?

We are working with West Yorkshire Community Accounting Service (WYCAS), to transition from our Money Manager software to Quickbooks software. We need someone with experience of Quickbooks in particular to help us set up the transition, and work with the Manager to help him learn Quickbooks.

What are we looking for?

We need a person with experience of finance working and of "Quickbooks" software. Ideally they would understand how charity accounts are prepared, and how we need to account for different 'pots' of funding from different funders for different purposes. Knowledge of Designated Funding, Reserve Funding and Unreserved funding would be good.

What difference will you make?

This help will enable our charity to transition from Money Manager to Quickbooks where we will be able to instantly seperate Designated Funds, from Reserved Funds and Unreserved funds. It should help us to develop a clearer picture of our charity's financial position, and to plan better financially for a more secure future.
