Role Summary

The role: As a Sales Team Lead at Houst, you will be a player-manager responsible for scaling Host acquisition globally. This dual role requires you to not only achieve your own sales targets but also to lead and expand a sales team capable of surpassing their goals. You will be expected to manage and deliver 50% of an individual's quota, combining effective people leadership with strong commercial execution. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of 4 sales executives, initiating and driving sales campaigns, and directly engaging in sales to set a high standard of excellence.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, preferably within inbound sales, inside sales, or a high-volume commercial environment. You should have a strong track record as an individual sales performer and experience managing a team to meet targets. Proficiency in using performance data and sales metrics is crucial, along with excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
