Role Summary
- Join the Network, Cloud & Workspace (NCW) team within the Digital and Technology department.
- Take ownership of delivering the end user compute (EUC) strategy.
- Design, architect, deploy, and maintain technologies.
- Provide expertise and support to 1st/2nd line support teams.
- Collaborate with specialist product lines teams to meet operational EUC needs.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years EUC experience in enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- High level of initiative and ownership in both operational and project activities.

We are looking for a Senior EUC Engineer to join our team. You will be part of the Network, Cloud & Workspace (NCW) team within the Digital and Technology department reporting in to the Infrastructure Manager. The NCW team manage the operational infrastructure and connectivity, both on-premises and cloud, that host many of Wellcome’s applications and services.
You will play a key role in delivering Wellcome’s end user compute strategy, designing, architecting, deploying and maintaining fit for purpose technologies. You will be providing expertise and support to our 1st/2nd line support teams, as well as collaborating with specialist product lines teams to ensure that operational EUC needs are being met.
This role would require a minimum of 5 years EUC experience in enterprise environments, with an emphasis on being comfortable collaborating at all levels in the organisation. A high level of initiative and ownership of operational and project-based activities is essential.
