Role Summary

The Modern Milkman is a purpose-driven business that delivers fresh ways to reduce waste for customers nationwide. Our goal is to reset our throwaway society, and, to date, we've saved 81,402,464 plastic bottles from polluting the planet. Not bad for a business that started as four friends from Lancashire delivering milk from a beat-up truck!

The Product Manager will join an existing digital product management team, reporting into the Product Director. They will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring the wider business is aligned to this. They will work closely with stakeholders, customers, engineers and data analysts to uncover new opportunities to create value, and then lead the design and execution process to deliver it.

Responsibilities include ensuring we have a holistic, coherent and believed product strategy that drives our roadmap and ultimately ensures we are spending time on the right things, continuous capturing and analyses of feedback of all types and all sources, and the ability to act on these in the right way.

Requirements include previous experience in product management or a related role, ideally in an E-commerce start-up environment, able to develop effective product strategies based on holistic insights, and always honest and transparent about where we are and the context around it.
