Role Summary
- Improve our outbound inside sales engine
- Create and prioritize a list of target accounts based on growth targets
- Build up sales pipeline by engaging with potential customers through various channels

Role Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, or any customer-facing role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The role As a Business Development Representative at Humaans, you will identify and implement effective strategies to improve our outbound inside sales engine, create and prioritise a list of target accounts based on growth objectives, and engage with potential customers to build up pipeline using a variety of channels โ email, phone, social, chat, and more. You will also collect insights and share with the Product team to help us build a better product solving real pain points for customers.
Job requirements We are excited about candidates who have 1 or 2 years of sales/customer-facing work experience (ideally in SaaS), exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to empathise with potential customers and to distill information. You should be methodological, highly organised, and with a natural propensity to solve problems. Being proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn are key traits we value.
