You'll manage the reception area, handle enquiries, support ticket sales, and provide clear, helpful advice and information to our visitors. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and maintaining an excellent visitor experience.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
