Role Summary
- Take ownership of core recurring finance functions part-time.
- Oversee the month-end close process, management accounts, inventory valuation, and B2B finance.
- Operate with autonomy to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
Role Requirements
- Proven track record as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role.
- Experience in inventory-based businesses and cost-of-goods accounting.
- Proficiency in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets is critical.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands, as well as multi-entity/multi-currency accounting, is desired.

The role: As a Financial Controller, you will take ownership of our core recurring finance functions on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the month-end close process, management accounts, inventory valuation, and B2B finance. This role requires hands-on execution with autonomy, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong track record as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role, with experience in inventory-based businesses and cost-of-goods accounting. Proficiency in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets is essential. Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands is desirable, as is familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.
